Managing partner
Is responsible for strategy and operational management of the company. He develops relations with new partners and creates joint methodological database of the agency.
Staff recruitment manager
Is responsible for attracting new clients and processing input requests in the agency. He manages projects on recruitment on the level of supervisory control and administration, takes part in strategy implementation of the company and development of professional skills of the staff. 
Manager of research and information department
Is in charge of statistics and analytics, he gives informational support in carrying out projects, takes on research projects, collaborates with Mass Media, prepares for PR arrangements, assists in promotion of information accessibility and business publicity, promotion of recruitment in whole. 
Assessment project manager
Manages assessment projects using a method of “Assessment Center”, establishes contacts with a Client, works out assessment programs and chooses assessment procedures, organizes trainings for onlookers and experts, coordinates the work in accordance with standards, acts as a moderator in discussing Assessment Center results, classifies onlookers’ conclusions, takes part in providing recommendations, following the results of Assessment Center.
Project manager “Mystery shopper”
Manages projects “Mystery shopper”. He deals with a Client, selects methods for project carrying-out, works up ways of checking, hires and instructs agents, recommends service standards in a Client’s company. 
Project manager of staff administration
Manages projects of staff administration. He communicates with a Client, has responsibility for audit and staff records management in a Client’s company, solves present staff affairs of the project within his competence and current labour legislation of the Russian Federation. 
Chief HR-manager
Guides projects of recruitment involving peculiarities of a sector or certain professional skills of a manager according to tasks given. He also works as a tutor, shares the experience with younger employees. 
HR-manager
Is responsible for communication with a Client, manages recruitment projects, advises a Client on questions concerning sector peculiarities within his competence, and gives recommendations, which have been obtained during a work period on the project. 
Trainee
Collects and structures received information, deciphers personal information, organizes the process of internal and external work under the guidance of the tutor. He manages information which serves as a basis for project implementation. 
Office administrator
Provides trouble-free working of the office, takes and allocates input calls, processes input letters, systematizes and updates information about competitors in the agency database; he is also responsible for daily filling up a database with new CVs.
