The notification
According to the Federal law “About Personal Information Protection” № 152-FL from 27.07.2006, any company processing personal data are obliged to get an agreement on processing from the owner. The aim of Applicant’s personal data processing is a set of actions carried out by Independent non-profit organization “The staff solutions agency” (below the Operator) connected with staff recruiting.
By an Applicant’s desire and interest, he provides the Operator with his personal data which are necessary for activity connected with an Applicant’s personal data processing to provide an Applicant with an opportunity to examine vacant positions of the Operator’s clients including their passing to the third parties- the Operator’s clients.
The Operator processes personal data by means of making activities (operations) with personal data including acquisition, systematization, accumulating, storing, qualification (updating, changing), using, distributing, (including passing to the third parties), depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data.
The number of personal data includes:
- Surname, name, patronymic;
- Date of birth;
- Address;
- Telephone number
- E-mail address;
- Education and profession
- Requirements for a new working place: a desired position and the minimal salary level.
- Other additional personal data which an Applicant will want to reveal.
The agreement on personal data processing can be called off by sending a writing application request from an Applicant within 3 working days.
